Flat Press: Place the strip of cardboard in the middle of the cover so it makes the cover totally flat, press cover with the print on top once printed remove the cardboard jig in the centre and place the sticky sheet on one side of the inside of the cover then stick the inside book to the cover place the sticky sheet to the other side of the cover and close the book so it sticks to the other side.
