Delivery Chargers

Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time will depend on stock if we have your items in stock we can normally have them ready with in 21 days for posting, if we are waiting on stock to come in for your order please be aware this can take up to 4 to 6 weeks depending on the season and how busy we are, if your order is urgent then please contact us through our contact button above and we will do everything we can to accomedate your needs. The Cushion Queen late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

• Royal Mail 1st Class Signed small parcel up to 2kg  (1-3 Working Days) £6.70
• Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed small parcel up to 2kg  (3-5 Working Days) £4.50
• Courier We will try to find the most economical and safest way to send your parcel tracked, Insured and signed for over 2kg (1-3 Working Days) £10.00

Due to the products we sell, we can’t guarantee to offer estimated delivery days but the information is a rough estimate of how many days for delivery when your order has been dispatched not on the day of ordering. Once your order has been dispatched you the customer will receive an email stating your delivery details and tracking number if applicable.
